On behalf of our foreign client, we searched for the apartment below based on the budget and parameters, which we then demolished and renovated down to the bricks. All details of the renovation were carried out by our company with the help of subcontractors.

We advertised the Hársfa utca apartment for a long time without success. The owner accepted our proposals and calculations for the renovation. The apartment thus received new coverings, painting and brand new furniture. With the pictures after the renovation, we managed to let the apartment out in 2 weeks at a good price!

We took over the entire upper floor of an apartment building in Jókai Street for treatment. The apartments had to be brought into habitable condition, each apartment underwent a partial renovation. The roof was replaced, some apartments received completely new furniture.
