Buying of the flat, renovation, long term lease
Project: Based on the budget and parameters given by our foreign client, we searched for the apartment below. During the purchase of the apartment, we provided a full range of services, starting from viewing the apartment, negotiating the details and the contract, to receiving the keys.
The complete renovation of the apartment followed after that. After discussing all the details with the owner, we replaced all the covers (floor covering, tiles), windows, heating system, water and electricity network. The walls were painted and wallpapered, new fixtures, fittings and lamps were installed. At the owner’s request, we also organized the transfer of the existing furniture from another apartment in Budapest.
We advertised the completed apartment for rent, showed it to several interested parties, until finally a company signed a long-term rental contract.
BEFORE
During the renovation, we picked up the coverings. There were planks under the parquet, and dirt (ground) underneath.
AFTER
The apartment has a very pleasant impression with the new coverings, windows and lighting.
